PVC Edge Banding production process in direct factory.

First of all, after our factory recieved client's sample of planks, the sample of plank will send to our colour modulation department. color matching engineer will match plank's color and design pvc and color-ratio for each planks.then,color modulation department will give raw material list to purchase department to prepare raw materials.when the pvc edge banding raw material was prepared, color matching engineer will mix pvc and pigment into planks color, at the same time, engineer comparative test color several times to make sure color is matching.

After everything is ready, workers put mixing well raw material into prilling machine to prill pvc grain which is prepared for pvc edge banding. workers will move pvc grain to production work shop, and clean the edge banding extrusion machine which had just finished last kind of edge banding production and exchange new mould designed by mould engineer which is customized for new client.when all of that over, worker open the pvc edge banding machine to extrude pvc edge banding. the edge banding machine would  absorb pvc grain we prepared first and extrude it into mould to shaping pvc in to edge banding shape and cool it down by cold water. after the extrusion machine production process, woker would roll the edge banding into a roll range from 100m to 300m. worker control the machine to produce edge abanding over and over, then move all of the rolls of edge abanding to QC department.

QC department will random check the quality of edge banding by standard process when recieved edge banding rolls. quality inspector would random choose several sample to check its quality, make sure 99% product is above quality standard.if all of edge banding have passed QC process, RUIZHAN will packaging it with strong packaging and deliver them to clients.
